Every residential block must comply with current fire safety regulations, and CSM ensures this happens through regular risk assessments, equipment checks, and documentation. Our teams work closely with accredited fire-safety professionals to review each building’s fire strategy, ensuring that alarm systems, emergency lighting, and fire doors are in good working order at all times.

We also make sure residents understand their role — for example, adhering to “no storage” policies in communal corridors, keeping fire exits clear, and reporting concerns promptly. Where applicable, we liaise with the Northern Ireland Fire & Rescue Service and building owners to ensure full compliance with statutory guidance.
