New Directors

If you are being appointed as a new director, it is a legal requirement that we complete anti-money laundering checks as well as gaining your express consent to act as a director.

There are two steps required:

1. Firstly, we have partnered with a leading digital identification service to enable us to digitally complete the anti-money laundering checks. To complete these checks, please follow this link. 
2. Once you have completed step 1, you must digitally sign the consent to act form here.

Existing Directors

All existing company directors are required to verify their identity to confirm they are who they claim to be, in line with new Companies House regulations designed to improve corporate transparency and prevent fraud. This requirement takes effect from 18 November 2025.
