What's included:
- Ensure all common areas are maintained to a high standard.
- Liaise with maintenance contractors such as gardeners, window cleaners and cleaning companies.
- Screen all contractors to ensure appropriate qualifications and insurances are in place.
- Arrange and supervise maintenance contracts for all on-site apparatus and equipment such as lifts and pumping stations.
- Arrange quotations for both scheduled and non-scheduled building works and repairs.
- Co-ordinate all major works.
- Produce a forward forecast for internal and external refurbishment as per the terms of the lease.
- Ensure compliance with all Fire and Health & Safety regulations.
- Provide a 24-hour maintenance and emergency line 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
